We'd love to see you at one of our Open Competitions next year.  See below for the entry requirements, cancellation and refund policy and how to book.  The list of available opens and links to book them are in a block at the bottom of this webpage.
Entry Requirements
T&P Open Competitions are for members of affiliated golf clubs only. *Any player with a handicap index held by iGolf and not with an affiliated club is not eligible for entry excluding the Pro-Am. *

All players must have FIVE or more WHS Qualifying Scores over the preceding 12 months by the date of the competition, (please bring a printout or a mobile with your England Golf record visible). Entry is via our online Howdidido booking system.  

**Maximum playing handicap allowance: Men 28, Ladies 36.  Playing Handicaps will be standard 85% or as indicated.

Cancellation and Refund policy
If you find that you are now unable to play, then please try and find a replacement player. Then please notify us at mail@tauntongolf.co.uk  detailing the change of player and CDH number.

If a replacement is not possible, refunds are only allowed if cancelling more than 7 days before the date of the competition.  Please notify us at mail@tauntongolf.co.uk.  All refunds are returned via bank transfer so please supply your bank details within your refund request email to avoid delay.

Please be aware that should you enter 7 days or less before the date, then withdraw at the last minute, unfortunately your entry fee will be forfeited.

Debit or credit card will be required to complete all bookings.  Unless payment is received within 2 hours of booking, HDID will automatically remove your tee time. To receive an automated email confirmation of your booking you must provide an email address when submitting your entry details.

We politely ask visiting golfers to adhere to our dress code. Please follow this link for details, plus other useful information.

Start Sheets and Results
We usually publish results online within 2 working days of the competition closing. In the case of qualifying events you'll find the results at the HowDidIDo website - otherwise they will be at the Start Sheets and Results page  click here for the link.

In addition to the main Opens we will be holding special member and visitors events including:

Annual Pro-Am - Friday 17th July (entry form only for this event)

Ladies' Invitation Day Pairs BB Stableford - one T&P Lady member with one invited Lady visitor - Tuesday 8th September (members book from July 2026)
