Our PGC 125 anniversary Pro-Am which took place in 2017 was widely regarded as our best ever Pro-Am event, but we're not resting on our laurels and on Friday 6th July 2018 we'll be back with an event that's going to be better still.
As ever, we'll be combining a serious professional golf event with a fun-filled day for amateur players. We're expecting a sell-out too so if you know you want to be part of Pro-Am 2018 then we recommend that you download an entry form and send it in, along with your entry fee, as soon as possible. You might like to download the event poster to share with friends, so here's the link.
Traditionally we've raised a good sum of money for our captains' charity at Pro-Am and for the 2018 golfing year the funds raised will be going to Parkinson's South-West. This charity is being supported by both our Club Captain Andy Willett and our Ladies' Captain Jeanne Leader. We know that they'll enjoy your full support on the day, and that of T&P members throughout the year.
Last year we moved to a 7:30am start and ten minute tee intervals and this change proved to be very successful, with delays being minimised. Also following on from last year will be the increased number of refreshment stops, which will of course provide welcome relief from what we hope will be glorious sunshine.
A taste of last year's event is shown in the mini-gallery below, and if you have any questions please just drop the club an email, or give us a call on 01823 421537.
