PRO – AM 10th. July 2009

For many years, Taunton & Pickeridge has held one of the top West Region PGA Pro-Ams. With over 40 teams entering, competition is fierce but for those in the prizes the rewards are good.

In 2009 the event will be held on Friday 10th July and the format is as follows: 

• An 18-hole Pro-Am competition with the Professional of your choice or one selected from the top 30 of the west region PGA.
• Coffee and bacon roll on arrival.
• Halfway House for refreshments on the 9th tee and drinks on the 13th tee.
• Two-course meal after your round.
• Amateur prize fund of £1000 – teams playing in fours with 2 scores to count on each   hole.
• Musical entertainment before the Presentation of Prizes.

Team sponsors have a choice of two entry packages the first of which includes team entry, a half page advertisement in the pro-am programme and hole sponsorship at a cost of £335.00 (+ VAT). This provides an excellent opportunity for companies not only to entertain guests but also to promote their product through advertising in the programme and on one of the 18 tee boxes. The alternative package is a team entry at a fee of £235.00 (+ VAT).
